Following the very successful Karori Lions Super Garden Trail 2019, the Lions Club of Karori wishes to thank a number of special people. With a few costs still to come in, our Treasurer confirms we have a net profit of between $9,000 and $10,000. The Club’s board has approved an amount of $5,000 to go to our major beneficiary, the Wellington Free Ambulance, with the balance apportioned to The Lions Club of Karori Charitable Trust – for local community support The Lloyd Morgan Lions Clubs Charitable Trust – for national community and humanitarian needs The Lions Clubs International Foundation – for international humanitarian support. |
